Last night I dreamt of the perfect condo for me and my dog. It was ground level, with a fenced yard and a large covered patio. The outdoor space was great when I wanted to BBQ or just sit outside and watch my puppy run around. The location of this condo was perfect for my lifestyle too. I can walk out my back door to the trails of Roche Point Park and being so close to the water meant I can launch my paddleboard in just a few minutes and when I was done, store it away safely in my oversized storage locker. The dream continued. I looked out from the desk of my home office, on to nature as I prepared for work the next day; grateful to be living in such a peaceful place. Sipping my coffee, I was contemplating if I should keep my 2nd parking stall for guests or rent it out. What would you do?
